All clients must go through an initial consultation video call prior to on-boarding. This allows both myself and the client to put a face to a name, making the experience more personal and memorable. The conversation is then at it’s highest quality where after a brief introduction, we can discuss your objectives and current limitations.

NOTE: If you require pre/post surgery rehabilitation or if you have a particular injury you want to address, any recent MRI/X-RAY scans will be helpful (even more so if they can be emailed to me before the initial consultation).
